On May 3rd, at Cal State LA’s Student-Union Theatre, the Institute partnered with Cal State LA’s Pre-Law Society, Criminal Justice Student Association, Political Science Association, and the League of Women Voters of Los Angeles County to host a judicial candidate forum for the 2016 Los Angeles County Superior Court elections.

2016 PBI – Cal State LA Poll Public Briefing: L.A. County Asian Americans

The Asian American poll was released on June 29, 2016, at Cal State LA Downtown. The poll, conducted in collaboration with Advancing Justice – LA, surveyed 1,608 Asian American registered voters in Los Angeles County, and included significant numbers of Chinese Americans, Japanese Americans, Korean Americans and Filipino Americans. The survey reveals major differences between younger and older Asian American voters on social issues and partisanship.
